If you have not used any of your story or image credits, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked. Simply contact us at scribe@aistorywriter.app.

2. General Policy

Due to the high computational costs associated with AI generation (GPU usage for text and image generation), we generally do not offer refunds for utilized subscriptions or one-time credit packs once the credits have been used.

3. Eligible Refund Requests

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

• Technical Failure: If the Service fails to generate content due to a technical error on our side, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription or purchase.
• Unauthorized Transactions: If a charge was made without your authorization.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

6. Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem handles all payment-related inquiries, billing disputes, and refund processing. Approved refunds will be processed through Creem and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
