Terms of Service for AIStoryWriter

These Terms of Service are provided by AIStoryWriter, operated by Nikita Kasianov (Sole Proprietor), registered at 0163, 72 Viktor Kupradze, Tbilisi, Georgia.

By installing or using the AIStoryWriter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

AIStoryWriter uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate text stories and illustrations based on user inputs.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content, or content that infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited when using the Service. You may not submit prompts, descriptions, or images intended to generate:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind, including AI-generated imagery.
• Content depicting or promoting violence, abuse, or harm towards children.
• Content intended to harass, bully, or threaten any individual.

All user-submitted content (including text prompts and uploaded images) is subject to automated content moderation filters. Submissions that violate these rules will be rejected.

Repeated or intentional violations may result in permanent suspension of your account without refund. We reserve the right to review flagged content and take action at our sole discretion.

4. AI Disclaimer

• Accuracy: The stories and images are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies or nonsensical content.
• Unpredictability: Due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee the exact style or output of the generations.
• Ownership: You own the rights to the stories you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models.
• Independence: AIStoryWriter is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any other AI model provider. We provide a custom interface built on top of third-party AI models to generate stories and illustrations.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Merchant of Record (Website): For all orders placed through our website, the order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all website orders. Creem handles all payment-related inquiries, billing disputes, and refund processing. You can also contact Creem directly at creem.io.
• Billing: Website subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, auto-renewing basis. Your payment method will be automatically charged each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings.

6. Refund Policy

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you have not used any of your story or image credits, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
• General: Due to the high costs of AI generation (GPU usage), we generally do not offer refunds for utilized subscriptions or one-time credit packs.
• Exceptions: If the Service fails to generate content due to a technical error on our side, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting scribe@aistorywriter.app.
• Quality: Refunds are not provided based on personal dissatisfaction with the creative style of the AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aistorywriter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our Service, please contact us at scribe@aistorywriter.app. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact Creem directly at creem.io.
